Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone�s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is requested when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. I do not penalize you in any way. I don't keep credit card info on file. I just ask that you are considerate of my time and that of others. I keep a waiting list and will attempt to fill the vacated time slot.

No-Shows

Special arrangements such as stones, towels, etc. were prepared especially for your appointment. Anyone who misses their appointment and doesn't call is considered a �no-show� and the full price of the session will be charged for the missed appointment.

Prepaid Massage Plans

If you purchased a prepaid plan like the Senior Advantage and are a no-show or same day cancellation you will forfeit the missed session as payment for the same day cancellation.

Groupons

Groupon clients who are either a no-show or same day cancellation will be charged a fee up to the Groupon price. (see Groupon "fine print")


Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Full price is charged regardless of the length of the treatment actually given.
